We customize every contract to the specific property, but our standard full-service package typically includes the following essentials to keep your curb appeal high year-round:
- Weekly Mowing: Consistent cutting, edging, and trimming during the growing season.

We total the annual value and divide it by 12 to create your flat monthly rate.

Can I Choose Which Services Are Included?
Yes. We build every yearly contract based on your specific needs. If you only want mowing and fertilization, we can do that. If you want full landscaping with pruning and seasonal cleanups, we can add that too. We tailor the plan to fit your property and your budget.
Do You Service My Property In The Winter?
Yes. While the grass is dormant, we use the winter months for pruning, debris cleanup, and preparing the soil for spring. Your payment covers us monitoring and maintaining the property year-round so it is always ready for the next season.
What Happens If I Need To Cancel?
We believe in treating people right. If you need to cancel your agreement, we simply calculate the work we have performed up to that date versus the monthly payments you have made. We will then settle the difference fairly and honestly.
How Do I Pay?
We currently accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, and Zelle. We can set up a consistent date for your monthly payment to keep things simple.
Is This More Expensive Than Pay-Per-Visit?
Generally, it averages out to be very similar, but with the added benefit of priority scheduling. The main difference is that you avoid the large “spike” bills in the Spring and Fall, spreading those costs out over the cheaper winter months.
